Ahmad Fikri Sulaiman is a Delay Expert and forensic planning consultant with over 10 years of experience advising clients on project planning, delay analysis and construction claims across the infrastructure, energy, industrial and building sectors. His background combines practical project delivery experience with specialist expertise in forensic delay analysis, enabling him to provide clear, evidence-based assessments of project delays and entitlement issues.

Throughout his career, Fikri has specialised in Extension of Time (EOT) claims, programme reviews, delay analysis and expert report preparation for arbitration and dispute resolution proceedings. His experience spans a diverse range of projects, including power plants, railways, ports, industrial facilities, water infrastructure, solar developments and high-rise buildings across Malaysia, Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

As a forensic planning consultant, Fikri has acted as a Party-Appointed Delay Expert and Lead Assistant to Delay Experts on complex disputes involving delay entitlement, programme performance, critical path impacts and time-related claims. He is experienced in applying both prospective and retrospective delay analysis methodologies to assess the causes and effects of delay and to develop robust, independent opinions for use in formal dispute resolution proceedings.

Beyond his expert appointments, Fikri serves as a Senior Forensic Planning Consultant at Plus Three Consultants, where he supports clients on delay-related disputes, claims management and project controls matters.
