At month end, reconciling payroll for contract staff working across multiple sites, can be a challenge. This process is time consuming, often requiring multiple people over multiple weeks. At Plus 3, we developed a custom data solution using Python and other coding languages, which reduced the payroll reconciliation time to just a few minutes.
1,000+ Documents summarised and categorised.
Identified 1,000+ key documents held in Aconex that were relevant to particular key issues. Summarised and categorised the documents to prepare a chronology – based on the key areas of categorisation – in preparation for a potential adjudication submission. This is now a common everyday practice for Plus 3, thus reducing client bills.
Billions identified due to disruption on construction projects.
We take unstructured construction data, from multiple data sources, and then make it structured. The structured data is organized and overlaid against the original timeline to demonstrate visually how a project has been disrupted – in a clinical and clear manner.
Review and categorisation of tens of thousands of design comments.
Development of a trained AI model, to review and categorise design comments, to identify which parties are responsible for various causes of delay. This can be done retrospectively, as part of a complex claim, or live as a monitoring tool, as a project is evolving; to mitigate the effects of what may be occurring.
