In 1993 Plus Three Consultants (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, was created with its office in Kuala Lumpur, when the company became known as” Plus 3” throughout the local construction fraternity. The following year in 1994 Plus 3 was awarded the contract services assignment for the iconic KLCC Petronas Twin Towers foundation works.
In 1995 Plus 3 established a further office in Hong Kong as the Hong Kong Airport Core Projects were catalysing rapid growth in Hong Kong.
Over the next 3 decades Plus 3 were involved in almost every major infrastructure project rolled out in Malaysia and in all sectors, namely construction, buildings, transportation, airport, ports and energy, to name a few.
In 2018 CCR acquired Plus 3 as part of the growth strategy at that time. CCR, head-quartered in Australia, and with offices in Sydney, Western Australia, Queensland, South Australia, Northern Territory and New Zealand.
CCR has leveraged its ownership of Plus 3 with Quantum Global Solutions to extend its reach throughout Southeast Asia and Hong Kong. This strategic ownership and alliance have allowed the combined strength and resources of the group to meet clients’ needs with local resources and global expertise, delivering solutions that are nowadays required to be tailored to meet diverse international demands.

Acquisition by CCR
In April 2020, Plus 3 was acquired by CCR and Quantum Global Solutions. Established over 3 decades ago, Plus 3 comprises a team of seasoned professionals dedicated to providing expert guidance and support across various sectors, including construction, engineering, energy, and infrastructure. With deep roots in Malaysia and Hong Kong, Plus 3’s integration with CCR and their robust presence in Australasia, has expanded our global reach.
