As a result of our planning our employees are fully operational and using our protected IT systems for documentation and retrieval of records and we are ready to provide support to your business and projects.

It is important that the notices use the correct clause notifications as well as the contractor being able to demonstrate it is complying with its general obligations to mitigate – noncompliance of the contract provisions could result in the rejection of the claim.
